- This video was produced by Russel Albert Daniels for Mill Valley Patch. Mill Valley brothers Nick and Billy Smith reinvent their grandfather's Ski-Klipper with the SPORTING-SAIL, a skateboarding sail that has to be seen to be believed. The footage was shot in October 2010 in Mill Valley, California (hometown of the Smith Brothers).

- Ryan Dafoe of Team SPORTING-SAILS skateboards with a parachute-like device to manage speed and stability down the steep and narrow trails of Northern California, high above the ocean fog banks below. The month of "Fogust" (a.k.a. August in Northern California) makes for sunny skates down a local favorite when you are above 2,500ft. elevation. Mountain roads are most enjoyed when deployed with the Sporting-Sail. To find this road, you must know where to go - much like "Downhill Racer" once said: "How fast must a man go to get from where he's at?" That is exactly what we were after this day... Deploy and enjoy.
